April 2026 calendar

The Hall of Grace is Open by Appointment for tours.

Want a Private Paint N' Sip for you and your co-workers?

Gather your group of 10 to 20 friends and schedule your own Paint 'N Sip! 

Pick a Date.  Choose A Theme. 

For $40 per person, we will supply instruction and everything you need to complete a simple painting in 2 hours.

No Artistic Experience Required!  Just a will to have fun and be creative!


Thinking of a Birthday Party for your creative child?

 We can customize a painting for your little one's dream come true paint party.  We can accommodate 10-20 children.  For $30 per child, you will rent our Visual Arts Studio on the 3rd floor. We will have tables and chairs set up for party. 

We supply all paint supplies and instruction for children to be successful and have fun!

May: accepting Art for June show, Patriotic Art Contest

Theme: Celebrating 250 years of America or 175 year

Reading Community Arts Center will be accepting art submissions for the Patriotic Art Contest, May 1st-22nd, by appointment. Submissions are free and limited to one per person. There will be prizes awarded for kindergarten-4th grade, 5th-8th grade, high school and adult categories. The exhibit will be on display in the Gallery during select weekends in June. Each piece must be the original work of the submitting artist and must be ready to display. Theme is the United States of America celebrating 250 years or the City of Reading celebrating 175 years. Fill out the Artist Release Form below and bring with you as you submit the art.

Download the PDF and print it. Fill it out and bring with your art for submission to the Patriotic Art Show, May 1-22nd.  Call and schedule an appointment for drop off. One piece of original artwork per person.  Art MUST be ready for display. FREE to enter. Prizes will be awarded per category during the exhibit.  Check back for details of Opening Day and awards presentation.
